*Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR):** For accessing device location and Bluetooth functions.

*Performance of a Contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR):** For managing your account account (Name, Email) and enabling multiplayer gameplay.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal information when you use our App:

Location Data: With your permission, we access your device’s location to enable in-game features and enhance gameplay experience.
Bluetooth Data: Our App uses Bluetooth to connect with nearby devices such as game equipment. We do not store any Bluetooth connection data.
Name and Email Address: We collect your name and email address when you register or sign in to the App. This information is used to identify users and provide personalized features.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the App
Enable multiplayer features and in-game interactions
Improve user experience and support
Communicate with you (e.g., updates, notifications)
Ensure safety and fair use within the game

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

### A. Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data (such as your name, email address, and account identifiers) only for as long as your user account with GeoLasertag is active and you use our services.

* Personal account data is kept as long as necessary to maintain your game profile and prevent cheating.

* Ephemeral data, such as real-time location data used during gameplay, is processed live and is not stored permanently on our servers after your game session ends.

* If your account remains completely inactive for a period of 24 consecutive months, we will automatically delete your account and all associated personal data.

### B. Data Deletion and Account Deletion Options

We provide simple methods for users to request and execute the deletion of their personal data:

1. In-App Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated personal data directly within the App. Go to Settings -> Delete User Data. This action will immediately and permanently erase your profile, name, and email address from our active databases.

2. Web/Email Request: If you cannot access the App or wish to request deletion manually, you can send an explicit data deletion request to our support email at geo.lasertag@gmail.com. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, confirming the deletion via email.

Please note that upon account deletion, all your in-game progress and profile data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the following data protection rights:

*Right of access, rectification, or erasure** of your personal data.

*Right to restrict or object** to the processing of your data.

*Right to data portability.**

*Right to withdraw consent** at any time (e.g., by revoking location permissions in your device settings).
